  • You will take over the operational management of our PAYBACK partners, which includes the internal and external handling of all campaigns for PAYBACK partners
  • You are responsible, among other things, for collecting campaign content and then transferring it into the booking system
  • This requires daily internal coordination with the involved interfaces and external collaboration with the PAYBACK partners
  • You support the sales team in managing PAYBACK partners
  • Your active participation is required in the operational implementation of partner-specific campaigns and topics
  • You structure complex issues and are good at organizing multiple parallel topics
  • You act as a liaison between PAYBACK partners, sales, and all internal interfaces and possess a high level of communication skills
  • You assist in preparing internal meetings as well as external partner appointments

  • Additionally, you are highly structured and have a talent for organization
  • You communicate confidently with internal and external interfaces, always keeping the customer's perspective in mind and bringing a service-oriented mentality
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, which you master effortlessly
  • Customer loyalty card systems are familiar to you
  • A commercial education with corresponding professional experience or a comparable qualification rounds off your profile
  • You have excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
