YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for helping the teams to maximize value for internal and external customers, meet requirements and increase efficiency and productivity

• You will implement various agile methodologies (depending on team requirements)

• Engage all relevant people and coach those involved in product delivery

• Support the development of an organizational culture that fosters a dynamic atmosphere and a "fail fast" learning culture

• You create transparency of obstacles

YOUR PROFILE

• You have several years of professional experience and would like to contribute your experience to our international structure

• You are a strong team player who believes that agility is mainly a question of mindset, attitude and behaviour

• You have the ability to translate agile ceremonies like techniques into a meaningful experience

• The knowledge of how to support teams in delivering (added) value completes your profile
