YOUR TASKS

Our self-hosted and externally developed DMS system (EASY Archive, EASY Documents & OCR) is in the best hands with you:

• You are responsible for solving incoming 1st and 2nd level support cases
• You are flexible in finding solutions
• You communicate purposefully in English and/or German with your internal customers (e.g. central departments,..)
• Technical expertise and clear solution communication go hand in hand for you
• Adherence to and implementation of compliance processes is a matter of course for you
• You keep our how-to's and documentation up to date
• If you are interested, you will have the opportunity to support other applications

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in application support for EASY software or other DMS solutions
• Helpful, communicative and solution-orientated
• High sense of responsibility and integrity
• Structured and independent working style
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
