You have already gained experience in the support and management of HR systems, and you want to:

  • offer internal technical application support for 1st and 2nd level topics for the following HR systems, some of which have been newly introduced in 2023 Avature (applicant management system), Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 (Business Central is on the roadmap, we currently have NAV 2017 as a personnel management system), Tivian (tool for surveys), electronic personnel file in EASY, DocuSign perform
  • check incoming tickets from our service desk and resolve them independently
  • communicate proactively and routinely with the ticket creators
  • maintain close contact with the application owners and the HR and Controlling departments
  • leave your footprint with your own ideas and commitment
  • build up application & process knowledge and deal with technical topics


  • Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in application support, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central or Avature
  • High sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Knowledge of the personnel management environment is an advantage
