Our self-hosted and constantly evolving ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 with timely expansion to Business Central) is in the best hands with you

  • You are responsible for solving incoming 1st and 2nd level support cases
  • You are flexible in finding solutions
  • Communicate purposefully in English and/or German with your internal customers (e.g. central departments such as Controlling)
  • Technical expertise and clear solution communication go hand in hand for you
  • Adherence to and implementation of compliance processes is a matter of course for you
  • You keep our how-to's and documentation up to date
  • If you are interested, you will have the opportunity to support other applications


  • Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable apprenticeship
  • Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central application support 
  • You are characterised by helpfulness, strong communication skills and solution orientation
  • In addition, a high sense of responsibility and integrity as well as a structured and independent way of working are characteristics that apply to you
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
