Have you ever wondered which IT systems run the world-renowned loyalty programs of Deutsche Bahn AG, such as BahnCard or BahnBonus? As a Business Analyst (m/f/d), you are part of an agile team shaping the quality of these programs.


Please note that the position is located in Munich, Germany. Three days of on-site work per week are required, and fluent German language skills are a must. Thank you!

 

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Create decision templates for our customers and advise them on best practices.
  • Be part of an agile team and contribute to the overall success.
  • Your responsibility includes analyzing and optimizing processes around the BahnCard and BahnBonus programs.
  • Creating requirement documents for IT systems is also part of your duties.
  • You model business processes in event-driven process chains, domain maps, and value chains.
  • You prepare decision templates for our clients and advise them on best practices.
  • You are part of an agile team and contribute to the collective success.

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Very good knowledge in the field of business analysis, requirements management, modeling techniques, and documentation of complex matters in Confluence and Jira.
  • Experience with agile working methods (Epic/Capability/Feature/User Story).
  • Knowledge of standard CRM software products such as Siebel, SAP, or Salesforce.
  • High problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Customer-oriented, strategic thinking and working methods.
  • Fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level) in speech and writing.
