YOUR TASK

• We offer you an 18 to 24-month trainee program and a permanent employment contract. 
• You will get to know many different areas of the company, such as Key Account Management, Marketing, and Product. 
• You will build expertise and extensive knowledge about PAYBACK, Loyalty Programs, and CRM. 
• You will take on specialist and project responsibilities from day one. 
• To further enhance your strengths, you will receive constructive feedback from your colleagues.
•  You will work with other trainees on exciting and forward-thinking trainee projects. 
• You will receive individual supervision and have the opportunity to network within the entire PAYBACK GROUP.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have an above-average degree in business administration, (business) informatics, or a comparable field of study. 
• You have professional experience in the form of internships or training – ideally in Key Account Management or Marketing.
•  You possess a strong understanding of numbers as well as excellent analytical and conceptual skills. 
• You are ambitious and want to drive digitization with your first-mover approach. 
• You work independently and are at the same time a dedicated team player.
•  You have very good German and English language skills. ...and you have the same high standards as we do: to be among the best!
