YOUR TASKS

• You will be responsible for booking outgoing invoices, credit notes, and revenue deferrals
• You reconcile debtor accounts and clarify differences
• You monitor open items and regularly conduct dunning processes
• You create monthly evaluations and reports
• You support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and the preparation of the annual audit
• You work closely with the tax, controlling, and sales departments
• You are part of projects in the areas of finance and accounting, e.g., in the context of process optimization and digitalization

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed a commercial education, ideally as a financial accountant or tax clerk
• You have several years of professional experience in the mentioned area of responsibility - ideally, you have already gained experience in online sales or online marketing
• You have user knowledge in common ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Business Solutions - NAVISION
• Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, complete your profile
• You enjoy working in a team and are reliable and resilient
• You have very good German and English language skills
