YOUR TASKS

  • You will manage and advise PAYBACK online partners from the Asian eCommerce segment
  • You will develop digital marketing campaigns and innovative sales strategies to grow existing customer relationships and acquire new customers, specifically for online partners in the Asian market
  • You will take responsibility for the budget and forecasting of your partner portfolio
  • You will define relevant KPIs to ensure efficient budget utilization and oversee the continuous improvement of all measures
  • You will identify potential through market, industry, and company analyses and coordinate appropriate actions with your partners
  • You will collaborate regularly with colleagues from online/offline marketing, customer insights, and process management
  • You will analyze campaigns both qualitatively and quantitatively, deriving optimization potential
  • You will structure complex issues and manage multiple tasks effectively in parallel


YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • You already have professional experience in digital performance marketing and key account management with Asian eCommerce players
  • Asian eCommerce specifics, holidays, and nuances are part of your daily routine
  • You are data-driven, possess strong analytical skills, and can quickly grasp complex topics to derive suitable actions
  • You are comfortable in negotiation settings and always strive for the best possible outcomes
  • Communication is one of your strengths, and you think customer-first, working result-oriented and independently
  • You are reliable and enjoy working in a team
  • You have excellent German, Mandarin, and English skills
