YOUR TASKS

  • You support and advise PAYBACK online partners in eCommerce segment
  • You develop digital marketing campaigns and innovative sales approaches to develop existing customers and acquire new ones
  • You have budget and forecast responsibility for your partner portfolio
  • You define relevant KPIs for efficient budget allocation and oversee the continuous development of all measures
  • You identify potentials based on market, industry, and company analyses and coordinate suitable measures with your partners
  • You regularly collaborate with colleagues from online/offline marketing, customer insights, and process management
  • You analyze campaigns qualitatively and quantitatively and derive optimization potentials
  • You structure complex issues and can organize many topics in parallel effectively


YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable vocational training
  • You already have professional experience in digital performance marketing and key account management
  • You are data-driven, have good analytical thinking, can quickly grasp complex issues, and derive appropriate measures
  • You feel comfortable in negotiation situations and always strive for optimal results
  • Communication is one of your strengths; you think customer-oriented and work results-oriented and proactively
  • You are reliable and enjoy working in a team
  • You have very good German and English language skills
