YOUR TASK

  • You create end-to-end documentation for billing-related processes and keep it up to date, monitor compliance with procedures, and serve as the interface to other departments. 
  • You analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, develop optimization measures, and support the creation of corresponding "Change Requests" for system-supported billing processes. 
  • You analyze billing-relevant internal/external data and ensure GOBD-compliant data processing. 
  • You conduct testing activities during the introduction of new processes in collaboration with IT contacts and other departments. 
  • You support the team in preparing monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements and are capable of booking business transactions and making closing entries, even if it's not part of your daily routine. 
  • You take on an interface function to other departments and work on cross-departmental projects.


YOUR PROFILE

  • You have completed studies in business administration (preferably with a focus on accounting) or a commercial education (preferably with qualifications as a certified accountant).
  •  You have several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in online marketing. 
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured work approach, and a high affinity for IT (e.g., relational databases/APIs) characterize you. 
  • You have practical experience in process documentation and can depict processes in Visio, PowerPoint, or a process description in a target group-appropriate manner. 
  • You can confidently use Microsoft Office programs, and you are proficient in Excel, especially in working with pivot charts and complex formulas like VLOOKUP. 
  • User knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAVISION and/or handling common database programs is an advantage.
  •  You have experience in project work or cross-departmental collaboration. You enjoy working in a team, and you are reliable and resilient.
  • You have very good German and English language skills.
