YOUR ROLE

  • We offer you a responsible position in personnel controlling in a pleasant working environment with short decision-making paths and plenty of room to contribute your own ideas and optimization approaches
  • In this key position, you will enjoy high visibility with the management board and the executive level
  • After the initial training, you will be responsible for your areas of responsibility from developing the figures to discussing them with the management


YOUR TASKS

  • You are responsible for HR controlling and are the central contact person in this area for managers
  • You will be responsible for monthly reporting, ongoing forecasting, budget planning as well as ad hoc analyses and projects in the context of HR controlling
  • You work in depth with our HR systems and further develop reporting structures and data quality
  • You create transparency on current or longer-term issues in the HR environment through self-defined analyses and provide impetus for process optimization in the HR area
  • You will also be responsible for the budgets of our central functions and develop measures to reduce costs and optimize processes


YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed a degree in an economic field and have several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in HR controlling
  • You are characterized by analytical thinking and conceptual strength
  • You have a quick grasp as well as a structured and very precise way of working
  • You are confident with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and ideally have experience in IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics, MS Dynamics NAV/Navision and VBA
  • Excellent German and very good English skills round off your profile
