As part of American Express, Loyalty Partner is the centre of expertise for marketing and couponing platforms within the Group.

This position is to be filled as a parental leave replacement for a limited period of 18 months.


  • Responsibility for all payroll-related processes along the entire employee life cycle (including maintenance of personnel data, information and certification, benefits and fringe benefits)
  • Preparation of payroll accounting in collaboration with our external service provider and contact person for payroll-related questions 
  • Operational support for the HR team, e.g. in the creation of contract alterations
  • Support for HR systems and digital personnel files, incl. maintenance, analyses and preparation of data
  • Active involvement in the digitalization and optimisation of our HR processes and the further development of the new HR system


  • You have successfully completed a degree or apprenticeship in a relevant field and already have some experience in operational HR and personnel administration
  • You are familiar with tax and social security law and have basic knowledge of labour law 
  • You have analytical skills and an affinity for numbers. You use both when working for example with Excel, and enjoy working with new tools and systems 
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation
  • You work carefully, independently and responsibly and think and act in a solution-orientated manner
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
