YOUR TASKS

• You independently support and advise all users with regard to all end user IT support requests
• You process and coordinate customer inquiries competently via telephone, chat, remote tools or on site and also use an ITIL-based ticket system for this purpose
• You analyze the requests and find solutions to hardware and software problems
• Together with your colleagues in the team, you also forward requests to internal interfaces in the backend

YOUR PROFILE

• You have several years of professional experience in user support / helpdesk and VIP support (C-level) and have thus acquired a very strong service mentality
• You have very good knowledge in the administration of current Apple OSX and Microsoft Windows operating systems and are confident in dealing with all MS Office products such as M365 Suite as well as mobile systems, e.g. iOS and Android
• You have specialist knowledge in the areas of Active Directory and client hardware (DELL Latitude and Apple MacBooks)
• You have a pronounced independent and careful way of working, are proactive in direct conversation and have learned to communicate with specific target groups at all levels (including C-level)
• Business fluent German and fluent English round off your profile
