YOUR TASKS

  • Contact person for information security and IT security issues as well as responsibility for demanding security projects
  • Creation of information security guidelines and, where applicable, other relevant regulations and monitoring compliance with them
  • Further developing and implementing the information security management strategy as required and ensuring compliance with it
  • Initiating and coordinating awareness-raising and training measures on information security
  • Advising the management and Chief Information Security Officer and supporting various projects and IT operations by providing risk identification and management services as well as strategic IT security expertise and experience
  • Support for internal and external audits
  • Supporting the training of customers and internal employees
  • Investigating information security incidents and initiating measures
  • Contact person for all topics relating to Microsoft 365 security, including analysis, configuration, evaluations and technical hands-on implementation (including MS Defender, Purview, MS Entra ID/Azure AD, Tenant, Data Loss Prevention, etc.
 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed studies in IT security, computer science, business informatics or a comparable specialisation
  • Several years of experience in the field of information security, IT security and data protection
  • Experience as a project manager for IT security with a strong technical focus
  • Experience in vulnerability management/penetration testing as well as incident management and response

  • General knowledge of relevant norms, standards and laws, in particular ISO 27001

  • You have very good knowledge of Defender and Purview Suite as well as Azure AD and have strong knowledge of M365 basic configuration M365 Tenant

  • Independent and analytical way of working

  • Customer-oriented, constructive way of working and entrepreneurial thinking

  • Ability to work in a team and convincing demeanour

  • Ability to communicate and present in a target group-oriented manner

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
