YOUR TASKS

  • You will support and advise PAYBACK online partners in the Mobility & Travel segment
  • You will develop digital marketing campaigns and innovative sales approaches to grow existing customer base and acquire new customers
  • Defining relevant KPIs for efficient budget allocation and continuously steering the further development of all measures
  • You will closely collaborate with colleagues from online/offline marketing, customer insights, and process management departments
  • You will have budget and forecast responsibilities
  • Identifying potentials through market, industry, and company analyses and leveraging them with your partners


YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in tourism management, economics, or a comparable professional education
  • You bring relevant professional experience in digital performance marketing and are aware of current trends in the Mobility industry
  • You are familiar with digital distribution of Mobility Services and have industry-specific expertise
  • You understand how app-first businesses operate in the Mobility & Travel environment
  • You are data-driven, possess strong analytical thinking, can quickly grasp complex issues, and derive suitable actions from them
  • Communication is your strength; you think customer-oriented and work result-oriented and with initiative
  • You are confident in presentation and negotiation
