YOUR TASK
- You are responsible for the comprehensive support of the customer relationship with one or more key accounts of LPS in Munich and/or Frankfurt.
- You continuously develop the existing customer relationship and determine the needs of our customers on the basis of a regular exchange of information.
- You expand business relationships by cross-selling and upselling existing customers and identify strategies to continuously increase the sales potential
- You know the (future) needs of the customer and identify possible new business areas where we can deliver added value for our customers
- You act as a contact person and interface between our customers and our colleagues from the specialist departments
- You will be responsible for commercial reporting and controlling as well as for the monthly accounting and forecasting process.
- You will be responsible for the overall proposal phase, including recording customer requirements, preparing proposals, concluding contracts and steering the project into the implementation phase.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a university degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable training
- You have relevant professional experience in B2B sales of complex software products and software development projects
- You already have knowledge or professional experience in the area of CRM / Loyalty or a high affinity to learn it
- You use your excellent relationship management skills to gain access to the relevant people and decision-makers at the customer, including at senior management level, in the shortest time possible
- You have a high customer orientation and service mentality as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
- You have experience in dealing with demanding customers in German corporate structures and are willing to visit them in person on a regular basis
