  • You independently manage and advise a PAYBACK partner portfolio as part of a 'one face to the customer' approach
  • You develop cross-channel concepts and campaigns to acquire and retain customers
  • You focus on the further development of all measures; Based on reports created, you derive meaningful recommendations for action
  • In addition to managing partner-specific projects, you are also responsible for working with internal specialists from the areas of marketing, analytics and operations
  • You prepare high-quality presentations at management level and present the content to the partner in a convincing way
  • You control offer processes, take over the negotiation and lead them successfully through to the conclusion of the contract
  • You are responsible for creating the annual planning and the monthly forecast and are responsible for achieving goals


  • You have completed a degree in economics/business administration or a comparable qualification
  • You have 3-5 years of professional experience in key account management or agency environments
  • You have relevant knowledge of CRM as well as direct and digital marketing
  • You have already gained initial project experience or even implemented projects yourself
  • You have good analytical and structured thinking skills as well as an affinity for numbers and KPIs
  • You count a strong hands-on mentality among your strengths
  • You are communicative and your demeanor is customer-oriented
  • You are assertive and confident in negotiations
  • You bring a healthy dose of humor
