YOUR TASKS
- Manage and advise a PAYBACK partner to strengthen and expand the existing business relationship
- Develop sales strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and development based on analyses and reports
- Collaborate with internal specialists from Marketing, Customer Insights, Operations, and Legal to manage campaigns and projects for partner companies
- Act as a one-stop-shop for partner companies, including budgeting, reporting, and billing
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify additional revenue and market potential
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
- Background in sales and marketing, ideally with knowledge in CRM as well as direct and/or digital marketing, coupled with sales orientation and negotiation skills
- Affinity for working with numbers and KPIs, as well as analytical and structured capabilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills combined with a customer-oriented demeanor
- Relevant professional experience with clients in the fields of e-commerce, retail, FMCG, consulting, or sales of complex services
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel occasionally, primarily within Austria and Germany

Depending on your professional experience and qualifications, this position is endowed with an annual gross salary of 55,000 to 58,000 euros - a higher salary is naturally possible and is market-conforming depending on professional experience. In a personal conversation, we will individually agree on your actual salary!
