YOUR TASKS

  • You independently manage and advise a PAYBACK partner portfolio
  • You coordinate cross-channel marketing activities with the partner to acquire and retain customers
  • You analyze the success of the activities and optimize the measures
  • You create the annual plan and monthly forecast for your partner portfolio and are responsible for achieving the targets
  • In addition to managing partner-specific projects, you also collaborate with internal specialists from the areas of marketing, customer insights, operations/IT
  • You prepare high-quality presentations at the management level and present the content convincingly to the partner


YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in economics/business administration or a comparable qualification
  • You have initial professional experience in key account management, sales, or marketing
  • You are creative and enjoy thinking about new marketing and sales approaches
  • You have good analytical and structured thinking skills as well as an affinity for numbers and KPIs
  • You count a pronounced hands-on mentality among your strengths
  • You are communicative and your demeanor is customer-oriented
  • You have very good German and English skills
