As an experienced Manager Data & Insights Innovation, you are an innovation driver in the newly created Data & Insights team and work closely with other data units to take innovations from the idea to the prototype to the productive solution. Furthermore, you will advise our PAYBACK partners on the basis of insights generated from the data so that they can achieve their program goals in the best possible way.


YOUR TASKS

  • Together with our data teams, you develop innovative AI, data & analytics products with business impact - from the initial concept to the prototype to the productive solution
  • You analyze data with the aim of developing strategies for our PAYBACK partners and business units and advising them accordingly
  • You create presentations with well-founded and meaningful data stories
  • You will mainly work in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams


YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a very good degree with (ideally) a quantitative focus, e.g. business administration, economics, statistics, computer science or applied mathematics
  • You have several years of professional experience in consulting or corporate development and have gained sound experience as a (partial) project manager, ideally in one of the following areas Data Strategy, Customer Insights, CRM and/or AI or Advanced Analytics Software Development
  • You have excellent analytical skills, a good understanding of data structures and enjoy data-driven work
  • A high level of self-motivation and initiative paired with strong presentation & moderation skills as well as very good communication skills with internal and external interfaces characterize you
  • Fluent German and English skills round off your profile
