As Manager Documentation (m/f/d), you are the linchpin for our product documentation with the aim of ensuring that both our customers and, in particular, our internal employees benefit from your knowledge and expertise.
YOUR TASKS
- You develop a structured information landscape in which all product information is centralized and easily accessible, using modern tools such as SharePoint or wikis - the use of AI and LLMs is an interesting field of development for you
- You conduct interviews and take feedback from the organization as well as from our customers to continuously improve the knowledge base
- You define clear standards for the creation and maintenance of our documentation, introduce them into the organization and use methods such as “Definition of Done” and continuous improvement to ensure that our documents always meet the highest quality standards
- You train our employees in the areas of technical writing and knowledge management and advise and guide them in the creation of documentation
- You consolidate the knowledge base and develop efficient onboarding concepts with media support, from documentation to video content, to ensure efficient knowledge transfer within the organization
- You establish a basis and form processes for the onboarding of new employees and external support to ensure rapid integration into our product world
YOUR PROFILE
- You have sound professional experience in knowledge management and technical writing and ideally already have experience in documenting business software
- You have a keen sense of how to present complex issues in a simple and understandable way and have a solid understanding of IT to ensure the technical depth of the documentation
- You have a talent for communication and are a team player, i.e. you can proactively involve your colleagues in the process, get them excited about your topic and also convince stakeholders
- You have a sound knowledge of common tools for knowledge management and the creation of technical documentation including visualizations (e.g. Sharepoint, Confluence, Jira, Mural)
- You enjoy working with people, are good at actively listening and can bundle and bring together the know-how distributed in our organization in a structured process
- Very good English and German skills round off your profile
