YOUR TASKS

  • You are responsible for the complete marketing cycle from concept, independent implementation, and subsequent performance evaluation of various high-volume B2C advertising materials & cross-channel campaigns
  • You calculate media values and create assumption-based business cases for a portfolio of PAYBACK partners
  • You derive optimization potentials for partners from performance metrics to enhance performance
  • You master goal-oriented project management of cross-functional teams for the successful implementation of innovative marketing concepts and/or new partner integrations
  • You are an expert in creating management-suitable presentations and can deliver them appropriately in front of various stakeholders


YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a completed university degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience – at least 5 years – in marketing (B2C) or related areas on the company side, preferably from the retail or FMCG sector
  • Senior presence, assertiveness, strategic thinking, as well as a service and results orientation distinguish you
  • You master all processes around marketing channels offline, online, mobile – from target group definition to performance evaluation
  • You have experience in managing agencies and interfaces
  • You possess strong creative and conceptual skills and quickly and effectively anticipate complex issues
  • Hands-on mentality and presentation strength come naturally to you. KPIs, CPO, TKP, and Customer Journey are not foreign terms to you
  • Analytical skills complete your profile
