This position is part-time and limited.
YOUR TASKS
- You are responsible for the entire marketing cycle, from conception to independent implementation and subsequent performance evaluation of various high-volume B2C advertising materials and cross-channel campaigns
- You understand the specifics of different channels and coordinate advertising materials with internal departments as well as external interfaces (agencies and partners)
- You derive optimization potentials for partners from performance metrics to enhance their performance
- You excel in goal-oriented project management of cross-functional teams to successfully implement innovative marketing concepts
- You are a master at creating management-level presentations and can effectively deliver them to various stakeholders, particularly the partners you are managing
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a completed university degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience – at least 5 years – in marketing (B2C) or related areas on the corporate side
- A senior presence, assertiveness, strategic thinking, as well as service and results orientation, define you
- You are proficient in all processes related to marketing channels (offline, online, mobile) – from target group definition to performance evaluation
- You have strong creative and conceptual skills, quickly and purposefully anticipate complex contexts, and are always results-oriented
- A hands-on mentality and presentation skills come naturally to you
- KPIs, CPO, CPM, and Customer Journey are familiar terms to you
