YOUR TASKS

Operations Management:

  • You ensure the smooth functioning of PAYBACK PAY in coordination with the Tech Team and the payment service provider
  • You derive improvement potentials based on the metrics for system performance and implement them
  • You manage the service partners
  • You act as a point of contact for internal and external interfaces related to PAYBACK PAY
  • You handle exceptions dealing with merchants and service partners
  • You maintain our system and process documentation
  • You support and optimize system reporting


Strategic Product Development:

  • You develop PAYBACK PAY in collaboration with PAY Product Management and the Business Team
  • You are responsible for projects related to the further development of PAYBACK PAY
  • You involve service partners in development projects and manage them
  • You monitor and analyze the payment and mobile payment market


YOUR PROFILE

  • You have in-depth knowledge of the payment market, processes, and systems.
  • You possess good business or technical knowledge.
  • You have experience in reporting and quality management.
  • You have many years of experience in managing internal and external service providers.
  • You are solution-oriented.
  • You are strong in communication and assertiveness, and you find good solutions even in conflict situations.
  • You are empathetic and enjoy working with people.
  • You have experience in project management.
  • You have excellent verbal and written skills in German and English.
  • You are a team player and enjoy working with great colleagues.
