YOUR TASKS
- You will take over the operational support of our PAYBACK partners, including the internal and external handling of all campaigns for PAYBACK partners. This includes collecting campaign content and transferring it into the booking system
- This requires daily internal coordination with involved departments as well as external collaboration with PAYBACK partners
- You will support the sales team in managing PAYBACK partners, actively contributing to the operational implementation of partner-specific campaigns and projects
- You will organize complex matters and handle multiple parallel topics effectively
- Acting as a link between PAYBACK partners, the sales team, and internal departments, you will bring strong communication skills to the table
- You will assist in preparing internal meetings and external partner appointments
YOUR PROFILE
- Organizing and managing complex topics is your passion
- Your work is characterized by a high level of quality orientation, conscientiousness, and initiative
- You are exceptionally resilient, reliable, and enjoy working in a team
- You are highly structured and have a natural talent for organization
- You communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders, always keeping the customer perspective in mind and demonstrating a service-oriented mindset
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, which you master effortlessly
- Customer loyalty programs are familiar to you
- You have a commercial qualification with relevant professional experience or a comparable educational background
- You possess excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken
