YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for the development, organization, and execution of training and educational measures, which you successfully implement with our trading partners both on-site and online
• In close collaboration with various departments and retail employees, you contribute to the achievement of economic goals through your successful training and support measures
• A continuous optimization and further development of training concepts and methods are part of your responsibilities, as is complete and transparent documentation
• You independently manage projects and develop concepts to increase employee motivation
• You support the Account Management in the further development of the trading partners

YOUR PROFILE

• A completed degree in business administration is desirable; alternatively, you have completed commercial training and have experience in the retail sector
• You bring strong knowledge in conducting training; additional certification as a trainer (e.g., IHK) is preferred
• You have a Class B driver's license and are willing to travel frequently (approximately 50 days per year nationwide)
• You have excellent presentation skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, as well as strong organizational talent and project management skills
• You are open and communicative, and you enjoy engaging with partners and their employees
• You are curious, eager to learn, and highly motivated and enthusiastic about new topics
