YOUR TASKS

• You will be responsible for planning, designing and implementing POS projects and campaigns for our PAYBACK partners at the point of sale and developing them further. You will be responsible for the successful implementation, from the initial timing to coordination and communication with various internal and external interfaces
• You take care of the creation of (print) advertising materials, always taking into account our brand strategy and corporate design 
• You create POS concepts for our partners, make realistic recommendations for action and implement them 
• You are responsible for reporting and performance reviews as part of your projects and derive recommendations for optimisation
• You strategically develop existing POS marketing measures and mechanisms, always focussing on maximum effectiveness

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a university degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in marketing (offline, online, mobile) on the corporate side or in an agency, ideally in the field of retail/POS marketing 
• You have strong project management experience and strong conceptual skills
• You have experience in assessing creation and are adept at managing agencies and internal interfaces 
• You have sound experience in independently managing complex and cross-functional projects 
• You know how to put yourself in the customer's shoes and have a strong service mentality
• You have a good understanding of IT technology and can quickly familiarise yourself with new programmes
