YOUR TASKS

• Strategic Contribution: You actively support the development of a long-term strategy for our partners in the banking and insurance sectors. Additionally, you serve as the main point of contact for budgeting, execution, reporting, and billing of campaigns.
• Campaign Development: Together with your interfaces, you create creative concepts and targeted campaigns (digital/analog) for customer acquisition, retention, and development. You rely on well-founded analyses and reports to offer tailored solutions.
• Project Coordination: You take responsibility for coordinating partner-specific projects and collaborate closely with internal teams from Marketing, Customer Insights, and Operations to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
• Workshops and Moderation: You organize, manage, and lead workshops with your internal interfaces and partners, ensuring focused communication and efficient knowledge exchange.
• Quality Management and Process Optimization: You oversee the continuous optimization of work processes and ensure high quality and successful outcomes through a professional approach.

YOUR PROFILE

• Education and Training: You have a completed university degree in Marketing, Economics, or a comparable professional qualification.
• Professional Experience: You already have professional experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or a similar role and ideally have experience working with demanding partners.
• Analytical Thinking and Affinity for Numbers: You are data-driven and characterized by strong analytical skills. You can quickly grasp, evaluate, and derive actionable steps from complex issues.
• Communication Skills: Communication is your strength – both in direct customer interactions and in collaboration with internal teams. You always keep the customer’s perspective in mind and bring a strong service-oriented mentality.
• Team Player and Reliability: You are dependable and value teamwork. Your open and cooperative nature makes you a valuable team member.
• Humor and Positive Attitude: A healthy sense of humor and a positive outlook set you apart. You keep a clear head in stressful situations and contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere.
