As a fully-fledged member of the Loyalty Solution Consulting team, you will support sales projects in which we develop innovative concepts, business models and product ideas for our customers in the airline, rail and retail sectors. You can support us in the following areas:

  • You carry out market and competitor analyses and derive innovation potential in the field of customer loyalty programs
  • You work closely with the sales team to develop customized solutions that address the needs and challenges of customers
  • You are a valuable source of inspiration and sparring partner for the team and contribute your creative solutions to various aspects of the sales process 
  • You prepare your results in a structured and aggregated form and develop recommendations for action for us and our customers based on them
  • You take part in project presentations and workshops in which you present the content you have developed to customers, your colleagues or management


  • You are currently studying economics, aviation management, tourism or similar directions 
  • You are interested in innovations and digital trends in the context of CRM and loyalty programs 
  • You have already gained some practical experience and know how to work independently and autonomously
  • You have conceptual strength, a high ability to analyze and like to question the status quo
  • You are confident in using Microsoft Office365, enjoy being part of a dynamic team with a hands-on mentality and are also comfortable communicating & documenting in English
