YOUR TASKS

As a fully-fledged member of the loyalty consulting team, you will support consulting projects in which we develop innovative concepts, business models and product ideas for our customers in the airline, rail and retail sectors.

• You will monitor new developments and innovative market and technology trends in the areas of loyalty, direct marketing, customer service and analytics
• You carry out market and competitor analyses and derive recommendations for action for us and our customers
• You support the preparation of customer appointments with a high degree of personal responsibility 
• You work in a customer-oriented manner and support us in the creation, implementation and evaluation of qualitative user interviews and quantitative surveys 
• You take part in project presentations and workshops in which you present the content you have developed yourself to customers or management 
• You provide valuable input and act as a sparring partner for the team

YOUR PROFILE

• You are completing a degree in business administration, economics, business informatics or similar
• You have already gained some practical experience and know how to work independently and autonomously
• You have a passion for smart and digital concepts and solutions
• You have conceptual strength, a high level of analytical ability and a pronounced talent for organization as well as strong eloquence, contact and persuasive skills
• You are confident in using Office365 (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• You have team spirit and enjoy being part of a dynamic team with a hands-on mentality
