YOUR TASKS

• You conceptualize and design the PAYBACK marketing platform
• You are responsible for the end-to-end development of digital products, from vision, through implementation, launch, and optimization in ongoing operations
• You advise and support the departments in Germany and the international PAYBACK markets with their ideas and requirements
• You are in close coordination with stakeholders from the departments, developers, and your team members from the “Product” area
• You are close to the market and always know about the latest developments and can derive strategies

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in digital product management – ideally for backend functionalities
• You are experienced in project management – you always keep an eye on priorities, milestones, and deadlines
• You think and conceptualize new products agilely – from the first step as a Minimal Viable Product to the long-term Point of Arrival
• Complex tasks and solving problems make your eyes light up
• You enjoy understanding, questioning, and optimizing existing technical processes
• You communicate confidently, convincingly, and recipient-oriented at all organizational levels
• Your team spirit, creativity, and open-mindedness enrich our team
• Your English skills are very good
