YOUR TASKS

• Challenge the status quo: evaluation of technical requirements, preparation of Change Requests and prioritisation of the product backlog
• Develop and drive a clear vision and roadmap for our HR applications
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management as well as interface between HR key users and IT/vendors
• Enable (key) users to benefit from our tools in the best possible way by communicating product updates and conducting trainings
• Ensure compliance and GDPR conformity of our HR systems as well as a complete documentation

YOUR PROFILE

• You have several years of proven experience in a product management role ideally in an HR related environment
• Desire and ability to improve existing tools as well as to define and simplify processes in close collaboration with the respective users
• Willingness to understand HR related processes in order to become a competent and trusted single point of contact for the HR key users, IT, steering committee, external providers, etc.
• Strong communication skills (in both English and German) in combination with an analytical mindset
