YOUR TASKS

• You plan, manage, and implement extensive print projects in the area of marketing services/dialogue marketing.
• You are responsible for briefing and managing print service providers, including quality management
• You particularly manage personalized direct marketing/mailing productions and shipping, including postage management
• You develop, optimize, and evaluate technical concepts
• You obtain quotes and create complex calculations considering qualitative, timing, cost-related, and partner-specific requirements
• You optimize internal workflow and production processes
• You select and screen production service providers, create contract documents and performance specifications, and prepare for and follow up on audits
• You are responsible for implementing quality assurance measures
• You advise and support internal interfaces, especially marketing, on all production-related matters and suggest technical implementation options
• You are responsible for budget and cost management, compliance with KPIs, and ongoing realization of savings and quality improvements
• You assess and monitor trends and developments in innovative print media and conduct market observations

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed a degree in printing and media technology or a comparable education with relevant professional experience
• You have extensive experience in production management and professional handling and control of print productions
• You know how to ensure quality in print productions
• You have knowledge in the area of direct marketing/personalized direct mailings
• You are experienced in outsourcing, selecting, and managing service providers
• You have a good overview of current development trends and concepts in the areas of direct marketing and print production
• You possess customer and quality orientation as well as a service mentality
• You are a team player and work precisely with high reliability and adherence to deadlines
• You show understanding of procedural processes and interrelationships
• You have a secure handling of M365
• Your English language skills in both written and spoken form are negotiation-proof
