  • Independent management of internal application support for 1st and 2nd level issues for the following partially newly introduced HR systems: personal management tool (Microsoft Dynamics NAV), Applicant tracking tool (Avature), electronic signature (DocuSign)
  • Support and close collaboration with our key users/product owners
  • Building application and process knowledge and dealing with technical issues are second nature to you
  • Management of software service providers
  • Communication interface with the software service provider in coordination with internal departments (HR, Controlling, License Management, Security, Legal, etc.)
  • Technical point of contact for the account management at the software service provider
  • Responsible for managing and resolving incoming tickets in the service desk – with support from the technical customer service at the software service provider if needed (2nd and 3rd level support)
  • Handling change requests – making decisions about technical feasibility (including impacts on other applications)
  • Responsible for compliance process adherence and the creation and updating of documentation for our systems (related to support)


  • Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in application support, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Avature and/or DocuSign
  • IT infrastructure, cloud technology, server technology, and on-premises are not just buzzwords for you but part of your daily business
  • Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Structured and self-reliant working style
  • Very good German and English language skills in both spoken and written form
  • Knowledge in the field of human resource management is advantageous
