YOUR TASKS

  • You will manage and advise PAYBACK online partners in the Mobility & Travel segment
  • You will develop digital marketing campaigns and innovative sales strategies to enhance existing customer relationships and acquire new customers
  • You will define relevant KPIs for efficient budget use and oversee the continuous development of all measures
  • You will collaborate closely with colleagues from the Online/Offline Marketing, Customer Insights, and Process Management teams
  • You will be responsible for budget and forecasting
  • You will identify potential opportunities through market, industry, and company analyses and realize them together with your partners


YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a comparable professional qualification
  • You have relevant professional experience in digital performance marketing and media planning
  • You understand how app-first businesses operate in the Mobility & Travel sector
  • You are familiar with the digital sales of mobility services and possess industry-specific expertise
  • You are data-driven, have strong analytical skills, can quickly grasp complex issues, and derive suitable actions
  • Communication is your strength; you think customer-focused, work results-oriented, and show initiative
  • You are confident in presentations and negotiations
