Sales all-rounder for expanding the PAYBACK program in Austria, based in Vienna

As a Sales Manager with passion, you can expect an interesting and challenging role in acquiring new partner companies for PAYBACK

  • You are responsible for the strategic expansion of the multi-partner bonus program in Austria and for securing long-term and profitable business relationships
  • You acquire new retail and multichannel partners to expand the PAYBACK partner portfolio
  • You build a successful relationship with your corporate contacts and become the reliable point of contact throughout the acquisition project
  • Independently, you manage the sales process from initial contact, through presentation and business case creation, to contract negotiations and handover to partner management
  • As part of the acquisition process, you independently organize input from internal departments (e.g., marketing, legal, and IT); organize and lead workshops with your interfaces and potential partners
  • Research and analysis of the market and its players, as well as networking, form the basis of your acquisition projects (i.e., no cold calls)
  • Professional appearance and process quality optimization are second nature to you


  • You have several years of sales or marketing background, e.g., in partner management or partner acquisition
  • You have professional experience in the retail or e-commerce sector, or in consulting or sales of complex services or related fields
  • You are motivated to expand the Austrian market with new PAYBACK partners and significantly contribute to the development of PAYBACK
  • You enjoy working with potential customers and work independently with perseverance and goal orientation
  • You are communicative, results-oriented, and assertive with a high-quality standard
  • You are willing to travel, especially within Austria
  • You have very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written

This position is remunerated with an annual gross salary of 70,000 Euros, depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
