YOUR TASKS

• You continuously define, implement, and develop our company-wide quality management system (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001
• You monitor and optimize quality assurance measures and processes and be responsible for expanding quality KPIs and reporting to management
• For new products, changes, or configuration adjustments, you proactively perform risk analyses to identify potential quality issues at an early stage
• You manage quality-related incidents from initial reporting to resolution, including coordinating all teams and stakeholders involved
• You plan and conduct internal audits and promote a strong culture of quality responsibility throughout the company, including through employee training
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed your studies and have several years of senior experience in quality management, ideally in CRM or consulting
• You own in-depth knowledge of setting up and implementing quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001
• You have a strong technical and procedural understanding that enables you to quickly grasp complex system and process relationships
• You have a proven track record as a project manager and coordinator of interdisciplinary teams and are distinguished by your excellent analytical skills and critical thinking abilities
• You have a confident manner, the ability to question the status quo and push for solutions, coupled with business fluent German and very good English skills
