YOUR TASKS

  • End-to-end responsibility for the entire hiring process, including the development of the sourcing strategy with the specialist department  
  • Ownership for your hiring projects: Advising and supporting hiring managers in the acquisition of talent and personnel-related topics
  • Use of relevant KPIs to manage the processes and e.g. to choose the right sourcing channels  
  • Implementation of innovative and sustainable employer branding and hiring measures, e.g. video usage, social media, etc.
  • Optimization of existing hiring processes to ensure an authentic & state-of-the-art candidate and hiring manager experience   
  • Management of external service providers


YOUR PROFILE

  • Passion for and several years of proven experience in recruiting, ideally in the digital environment
  • A confident appearance and standing as well as the ability to abstract complex problems to the essentials
  • Experience in active sourcing as well as fun and interest in new technologies characterize you
  • You are empathetic, ambitious and have a sales mentality
  • You speak German fluently and also feel comfortable e.g. interviewing in English
