YOUR TASKS

• With your good technical understanding, you will take responsibility for processes, documentation and the implementation of new ideas in the support team
• You process customer inquiries, provide assistance and search for and analyze errors by phone, chat, remotely and on site
• You provide technical support for laptops, Macbooks, iPads, smartphones and VPNs
• You document processes using an ITIL-based ticket system
• The creation of configuration & operating documentation as well as the maintenance and expansion of the internal knowledge base complete your area of responsibility

YOUR PROFILE

• You have several years of professional experience with MacOS operating systems, networks and the Internet as well as with JAMF Casper Suite Management for MacOS
• You have knowledge of mobile systems, such as iOS and Android
• Friendliness, open-mindedness and a high service mentality characterize you
• You are motivated, reliable and like to coordinate with colleagues, while working independently and in a structured manner
• Very good German and fluent English skills round off your profile
