Your tasks

• As a part of an agile team, you will manage the tools and infrastructure for the benefit of our customer projects while keeping an eye on operability and IT security
• You are orientated towards the DevOps perspective and are part of the 2nd level on-call team
• With your technical expertise, you help shape the continuous optimisation of the tools used and ensure transparency and stability through active monitoring
• You support the teams of our customer projects with your know-how and focus on holistic security, analyse faults and drive automation and optimisation forward
• You acquire knowledge about new tools and technologies independently and through training courses offered and evaluate their usefulness and cost-effectiveness for use in operations and in our projects

Your profile

• You have several years of professional experience in Linux, network and application administration and are familiar with IT security requirements
• Ideally, you have gained experience in the use of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and the associated tools (e.g. Kubernetes, Jenkins, GIT, Prometheus, Scripting, Python)
• You are familiar with security aspects and the responsible handling of personal data
• You enjoy an independent, agile way of working and never lose sight of the goal
• Communication & teamwork skills in both internal and customer environments as well as good German (at least B2) and a good command of English (C1 in a technical context) round off your profile
