YOUR TASKS

• As an interface between business, product management and technology you support our product development across all systems
• You enjoy familiarizing yourself quickly and intensively with new topics 
• You analyze and evaluate technical requirements and steer the development until go live 
• You create technical sales presentations, interface specifications, process descriptions and how-to guides 
• As a technical consultant, you will take part in discussions with our PAYBACK partners. 
• You define and monitor the success factors and derive recommendations for action   

YOUR PROFILE

• You have several years of professional experience in project management or consulting
• You have a very good technical understanding, especially in the online and eCommerce environment and in the connection of technical interfaces 
• Ideally, you have experience in the loyalty CRM environment of online or stationary retailing 
• You have a professional manner at all hierarchical levels and are able to assert yourself 
• Your German and English skills are good
