YOUR TASKS

• As an interface between sales, product management and technology, you will support our key account management in the acquisition and integration phases. 
• As a technical consultant, you will support your colleagues in discussions with PAYBACK partners.
• You will analyze and evaluate technical requirements and place new products and services.
• You will be responsible for technical project deliveries to new and existing partners
• You create technical sales presentations, interface specifications, process descriptions and how-to guides

YOUR PROFILE

• You have several years of professional experience in project management or consulting
• Your technical understanding is very good, especially in the online and eCommerce environment as well as in the connection of technical interfaces. 
• Ideally, you have experience in the loyalty CRM environment of online or stationary retailing
• You present yourself professionally to the customer and are able to assert yourself
• You like to travel within Europe
• Your German and English skills are good, both written and spoken
