YOUR TASKS

• Adaptation and implementation of the global marketing strategy (online and offline, via owned and paid media) at all touchpoints for Austria
• Active management of all marketing measures based on relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Target-oriented budget planning, reporting and control
• Future-oriented, disciplinary and technical management of the cross-national marketing teams (10 people in Vienna & Munich)
• Continuous further development of the local marketing platform and products to increase reach and sales
• Development and creation of sales-supporting documents, as well as conducting presentations at partners and events
• Transnational coordination and cooperation with trading partners, agencies and internal interfaces

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies (focus on marketing, business administration) desirable, but not a prerequisite
• Several years of professional and management experience in B2B and B2C marketing, ideally in the retail / FMCG / service or agency sectors
• Profound knowledge of dialog marketing and customer loyalty
• Sound experience in project management, as well as in the management, planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Communicative, analytical and assertive leader with a strong focus on goals and results
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

The minimum salary is €85,000 gross per year (on a 40-hour basis), the actual salary depends on qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times a year. In addition, an annual bonus is granted.
