As our new AI Enablement Specialist - Change & Adoption, you will be the strategic driving force behind the company-wide introduction of generative AI. You will not only be an enabler, but also a change manager, trainer, community builder, and visionary. Your mission is to empower all our employees to realize the full potential of AI tools and thus redefine the way we work.

YOUR TASKS

• Strategic change management & communication: You will shape and steer the cultural shift towards an “AI-first” mentality, i.e., you will develop the communication strategy, moderate the dialogue, and build acceptance throughout the company through targeted measures
• Design & implementation of enablement programs: You will develop and lead inspiring training courses, workshops, and e-learning formats (e.g., for M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Gemini) to inspire and empower employees at all levels to use AI
• Building an AI community: You structure and moderate our internal AI Ambassador Program (“Community of Practice”), promote knowledge exchange across departmental boundaries, and create a vibrant culture of curiosity and innovation
• Business-oriented use case management: You will work with the specialist departments to identify value-adding use cases, prioritize them according to business value, and support their technical implementation from concept to successful rollout
• Measuring adoption success: You will define relevant KPIs for measuring AI adoption, analyze usage rates and the ROI of our initiatives, and derive recommendations for action for management

YOUR PROFILE

• Passion for people and technology: You are passionate about getting people excited about new technologies and empowering them to make their work better and more efficient through AI
• Proven change and enablement experience: You have already successfully led change management projects, training programs, or adoption initiatives, ideally in the software or technology environment, and therefore know how to get people on board with change
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills: You are a born networker and mediator, confidently presenting to any audience—from C-level to end users, in both German and English—and able to win over even critical stakeholders to your vision
• Strategic stakeholder management: You are confident at all hierarchical levels, understand the needs of different departments, and are able to mobilize everyone toward a common goal
• Analytical and success-oriented thinking: You have experience in defining and tracking KPIs to measure the success of enablement measures and demonstrate business impact
• Practical tool expertise from a user perspective: You are an experienced heavy user of leading AI platforms and can communicate their benefits and application scenarios in a practical and understandable way
• Prompting excellence: Excellent skills in prompt engineering and role prompting are a matter of course for you in order to get the most out of the tools and teach others how to do the same
• Proactive go-getter mentality: You are characterized by a proactive, structured, and independent way of working as well as a high level of self-motivation
