YOUR TASKS

  • You conceptualize, plan, and implement multi-partner marketing campaigns for PAYBACK Germany
  • This includes all aspects of a campaign from the conception of the mechanics, agency briefing, and development of the key visual to the implementation of all assets for our PAYBACK multi-channel platform and for our partners, up to campaign evaluation and assessment
  • You manage all internal and external interfaces such as PAYBACK partners and agencies and take responsibility for timing and budget
  • Your job also includes analyzing marketing activities and deriving optimization measures for channels, customers, and future campaigns based on KPIs
  • You ensure our corporate design with partners by advising them in specific cases
  • Additionally, you logically integrate new products and services into our brand and brand architecture

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in business administration/marketing or a comparable degree
  • You have professional experience in brand marketing (B2C) and/or in agencies
  • You have experience in independently managing complex and cross-functional projects and successfully aligning PAYBACK's requirements and partners' needs with those of our end customers
  • You have a clear sense of and experience with brand development and design topics
  • You have experience in ATL media and campaign planning, ideally also in the digital area (e.g., with a strong connection to eCommerce, CRM, or direct marketing)
  • You can demonstrate high communication and teamwork skills as well as creativity and have the desire to make good marketing in the long term with a top team!
