YOUR TASKS

• You conceptualize, plan, and implement multi-partner marketing campaigns for PAYBACK Germany.
• This includes all aspects of a campaign: from the conception of the mechanics, agency briefing, and development of the key visual to the implementation of all assets for our PAYBACK multi-channel platform and for our partners, up to the campaign evaluation and assessment.
• You manage all internal and external interfaces such as PAYBACK partners and agencies and take responsibility for timing and budget.
• Your job also includes analyzing marketing activities and deriving KPI-based optimization measures for channels, customers, and future campaigns.
• You ensure our corporate design is maintained even with partners by advising them in specific cases. Additionally, you integrate new products and services coherently into our brand and brand architecture.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in marketing, business, or a comparable field.
• You have multiple years of experience in brand marketing (B2C) and/or in agencies.
• You have experience in independently managing complex and cross-functional projects and successfully aligning PAYBACK and partner requirements with the needs of our end customers.
• You have a clear sense and experience in brand development and design topics and enjoy working precisely.
• You have experience in ATL media and campaign planning, ideally also in the digital area (e.g., with a strong connection to eCommerce, CRM, or direct marketing).
• You can demonstrate high communication and teamwork skills as well as creativity and are eager to do great marketing with a top team in the long term!
