As a Customer Insights Consultant, you will be part of the newly created “Data & Insights Innovation” team at PAYBACK and support our PAYBACK partners in advising them on how they can best achieve their program goals. You will act as the central point of contact when it comes to data-based insights.
YOUR TASKS
- You receive ad-hoc analysis requests from our PAYBACK partners, check their feasibility and viability - you think entrepreneurially and proactively offer analysis approaches to achieve the greatest possible added value for the partner
- You are an expert for our self-service tool (reporting tool/dashboards), helping our partners to find their way around this environment - i.e. you answer questions about existing reports, show them how to analyze their data independently and coordinate requests to develop new self-service reports. i.e. you answer questions about existing reports, show them how they can analyze their data independently and coordinate requests to develop new self-service reports
- You proactively identify optimization potential in our partners' data usage and develop tailored solutions together with the partner management team, to leverage sales potential and drive customer development
- You create convincing presentations with well-founded data stories that present the most important findings from the analyses in an understandable way and derive clear recommendations for action
- You work predominantly in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams and act as an interface between the partners and internal data/analytics teams
YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed a degree with (ideally) a strong quantitative focus, e.g. economics, (business) informatics, statistics or applied mathematics
- You have several years of professional experience in consulting, customer insights, data analytics/strategy or BI, ideally in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Your strong analytical skills enable you to penetrate complex data, interpret and translate complex data into clear, action-oriented recommendations
- You are a strong communicator (both internally and externally), confident in giving presentations and have solid experience in managing (sub-)projects
- You are proactive, solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team
- Fluent German and English round off your profile
