We are looking for a motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to strengthen our finance department and help us master the daily challenges with passion.

YOUR TASKS

• You will be responsible for invoicing our business partners, i.e. posting outgoing invoices and credit notes, working closely with the account management team
• You ensure accrual accounting, the correct recording of business transactions for VAT purposes and their documentary evidence
• You carry out regular dunning runs and reconcile accounts receivable
• You support the month-end closing process and prepare monthly analyses and reports
• You are part of projects that drive system-based billing and automation

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a financial accountant or tax clerk
• You have several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field and therefore user knowledge of common ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Business Solutions - NAVISION
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office applications - especially Excel
• You enjoy working in a team and are reliable and resilient
• Very good German and English skills round off your profile
