As the Team Lead Rewarded Advertising (m/f/d), you and your team will be responsible for managing and further developing the gaming offering within the PAYBACK app. In addition, you will evaluate and build new rewarded advertising formats and business areas to sustainably strengthen PAYBACK’s digital portfolio.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You lead and develop an engaged 5-person team, both professionally and disciplinarily
• You are responsible for revenue, cost, and resource planning as well as the commercial development of your business area
• You drive the continuous development of the PAYBACK Gaming World based on user needs, market trends, and company goals
• You actively contribute to identifying, evaluating, and developing new business models in the area of Rewarded User Acquisition / Rewarded Advertising
• Together with your team, you are responsible for KPI‑driven planning, execution, and evaluation of campaigns and promotions
• You ensure efficient workflows, including continuous improvement and standardization of internal processes
• You collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders (service providers, Product, Tech, Marketing, etc.) to further build and scale the businesses you are responsible for

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong expertise and several years of experience in mobile performance marketing, ideally in the app or gaming environment
• Initial professional and disciplinary leadership experience
• You combine strategic strength and operational execution skills with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong drive, and clear focus on results
• High level of decision-making ability, strong analytical skills, and a structured working style
• Business‑fluent German and English skills
• Experience in Rewarded UA (offerwalls, rewarded video, incentive‑based advertising) is a plus
