As a Junior Governance & Project Coordinator (m/f/d) you work closely with senior leaders and project teams from day one and support them in both project work and daily operations. Step by step, you take on your own organizational, administrative, and coordination tasks – with a high level of trust and responsibility.


 YOUR TASKS

  • You work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional project teams and support them in day-to-day business as well as in strategic projects
  • You gradually take on your own organizational, administrative, and coordination tasks
  • You gain deep insights into corporate functions such as Risk, Legal, and Tax and understand how they interact
  • You support the planning, implementation, and follow-up of projects with real business impact
  • You work with modern tools and systems (e.g., ERP, DMS, Microsoft 365, and AI solutions)


 YOUR PROFILE

  • You have completed your studies or gained initial relevant professional experience after your vocational training – both are welcome
  • You bring motivation, initiative, and the desire to actively drive things forward
  • You work in a structured and reliable way and maintain an overview even when handling multiple topics
  • You enjoy taking on responsibility and continuously developing yourself
  • You are interested in project work as well as in corporate and governance topics
  • Strong communication skills as well as very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
